The stuck vaults, high flying release skills on bars, amazing flexibility on beam, and rocking tumbling on floor, truly makes a Party at the Pav! Wear your best maroon and gold and join Gopher Gym 10.0- bringing the roar, the "Let's go Gophers" cheers, and chants of 10!Β 

Minnesota Rouser

Join any Minnesota meet with thousands of Gophers fans loudly chanting the "Minnesota Rouser," singing: "Firm and strong, united are we. Rah, rah, rah, for Ski-U-Mah."

Send the energy at maximum levels to our Gophers during and between rotations


Vault is where the Gophers begin competition at home meets. This fast paced event is all about the run, the block off the horse, and of course the stuck landing. Look for our Gophers to bring some difficulty and execution to this event.


High flying releases, wowing transitions from low to high bar, along with stunning execution makes uneven bars a fan favorite to watch! Handstands on top of the bar and stuck landings are a must as our Gophers hit their perfect 10.0.


Full of tumbling series and dance, these beam queensΒ  deliver elegance to gymnastics. Check out the unique skills from candle mounts to switch leaps, as your Gophers tumble high above the 4 inch wide beam.Β
